Order Policies
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for free if you contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Please email us at collaborate@packall.cc to cancel.
We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, please email collaborate@packall.cc with your name, order number, and order date. If you refuse delivery and the item is returned to us, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost after we receive and inspect the product.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email collaborate@packall.cc with your order number and the correct address. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
Can I change the size I ordered?
Yes, you can change the item you ordered within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email collaborate@packall.cc with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We cannot change orders after they have shipped.
If there's a price difference, we'll contact you by email to confirm before making the change.
How do I use my discount code?
To use a discount code, simply enter it in the "Discount Code" box on the checkout page and click "Apply." Your discount will be added to your order total.

I want to return my order.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email first. Items must be returned within 14 days of when you received them.
Please understand we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Damaged (stained or scratched) due to customer use.
- Used and do not have a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong size ordered (please check product dimensions carefully before buying!).
- Being returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the item.
- Showing normal wear and tear.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (like ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or not liking the product), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping Policies
What shipping service do you use?
For online orders, we primarily use ground shipping. We work with several major carriers to get your order to you efficiently. This includes services like Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and OnTrac.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within the Contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once you place your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to prepare it for shipping. After that, shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days. So, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days total.
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
You won't receive a tracking number immediately after placing your order. We will email your tracking number to you as soon as your order ships.
Please note that it can sometimes take up to 24 business hours for the tracking information to update in the shipping carrier's system after you receive the number.
Example: If you place an order late on a Friday, it might not ship until Monday afternoon, and the tracking number may not show updates until Tuesday.
There’s no shipment update for my order for days.
If you haven't seen a tracking update for a few days, especially during weekends, holidays, or busy seasons, don't worry! It's common for tracking information to sometimes take a little while to catch up. Please allow a few extra days.

What is the warranty?
Your PACK ALL product is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please note, this warranty does not cover:
- Damage from not following instructions
- Damage caused by improper use
- Normal wear and tear
I think I got a defective product.
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that.
If you believe you've received a defective product, please email us right away at collaborate@packall.cc. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo or video showing the defect
We'll review your information. If we confirm the product is defective (and not damaged during shipping or use), we'll email you instructions on how to return it. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
(Note: As mentioned in our return policy, if a return is for a reason other than a product defect, return shipping costs may apply.)
I didn't receive all the products I ordered
If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages and at different times. Please wait a day or two to see if the other items arrive.
If you're still missing items or think your package might be lost, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help track everything down!
I don’t know how to use the product.
